Job Description

Job description :

  • Manage company E-commerce platforms such as Whatsapp/Facebook Page/Instagram or Website.
  • Engage with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Prepare sales and customer database reports.
  • Develop E-commerce strategies to promote sales online and through Live marketing.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers in locating and purchasing items online.
  • Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
  • Sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good interpersonal and social skills.
  • Immediate availability.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month Benefits:
