Job Description
– Create, facilitate and coordinate internal/external training programs for retail frontline staff to deliver exceptional and personalized customer service.
– Organize Pre-, Post-, and classroom training based on established programs.
– Track employee training attendance.
– Conduct role-play sessions and assess employee performance through procedure ratings and evaluations.
– Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer experience.
– Arrange mystery shopping initiatives.
– Conduct employee appraisals and new employee onboarding briefings.
– Address tasks assigned by Directors.
– Design and customize customer experience strategies.
– Contribute to event setup for product launches.
