Job Description

Prepare and process invoices and delivery orders to customers
Preparing shipping documents (i.e. commercial invoices, packing list and airway bills)
Follow up and track suppliers’ orders to ensure timely deliveries
Assist in receiving new shipments of products and checking them for accuracy and completeness
Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Arranging shipments, logistics and to track and trace consignments
Assist in maintaining stock inventories
Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
