Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Experience in customer service preferred. Training provided.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in Klang area.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Bandaraya processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Client License Application Cases.
- Handle Administrative Tasks.
- Provide Customer Service and be friendly-oriented.
- Support daily operational functions.
- Organize and manage all documents systematically.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales targets.
