Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and monitor purchase orders for timely delivery.
- Forward and follow up on supplier inquiries for new materials.
- Negotiate prices with vendors.
- Source new vendors and engage in cost-saving activities.
- Maintain records of items bought, costs, deliveries, and inventories.
- Follow up with suppliers for preventive and corrective actions for incoming rejections.
- Prepare ISO documentation (Vendor performance, quality objectives, new vendor assessments, etc.).
- Match vendors’ invoices with received quantities and verify for payment approval.
- Monitor price increases, update price lists, and review inventory stock levels.
- Turn sourcing data into information for decision-making and planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
