Job Description
- To be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, interviewing process and developing strategies to source within the target market.
- To review and evaluate CVs, selecting best-fit candidates for interviews in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
- Build a pipeline and a central database of candidates for all frequently hired roles.
- To extend employment contract offers and negotiations.
- To participate in career fairs, career talks and other recruitment activities and projects.
- To maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
- To be involved in ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned.
- Able to build a strong rapport with Hiring Managers and understand hiring requirements and business demands.
- Assisting in developing budgets and short-term forecasts for yearly recruitment plans (sourcing, pipelines, branding etc).
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Support the preparation of onboarding documents and materials.
- Supporting recruitment training and onboarding activities throughout.
