Job Description
- Position: Courier Driver/Rider
- Location: Temasya Hub, Shah Alam, Selangor
- Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens with valid driving license
- Age limit: 18-50 years old
- Android user only
- Own vehicle: Motor/Car/MPV/VAN/1-ton lorry (bonded)
- Ability to deliver over 100 parcels daily
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Experience in delivery/courier work is advantageous
- Schedule: Day shift
- Salary Range: RM5,500.00 – RM6,500.00 per month

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for delivery:
- Clock in at work location in the morning
- Each delivery must have Proof of Delivery (POD)
- For COD parcels, collect payment before delivering to customers. If COD payment isn’t received but the parcel is delivered and any issues occur, the courier will be responsible.
- At the end of each working day, the courier must return to the hub to clock out, bank in/transfer any COD funds to the account provided by their respective supervisors, and hand over undelivered parcels to the responsible hub.
