Job Description
Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verifying supporting documents for invoices
- Liaising with departments on invoice issues
- Preparation of banking documents for trade financing
- Recommend payments based on reports
- Process payments with approvals
- Handle ad-hoc payments
- Follow up on advance payments
- Process petty cash reimbursements
- Accruals and reversals
- Ensure timely AP section closure
- Prepare accounting schedules
- Submission of withholding tax
- Ensure transactions comply with standards and laws
- Liaise with Procurement Department
- Provide details for tax computations
- Involved in physical stock count
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accountancy
- Min 3 years experience in manufacturing accounting
- ERP system exposure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
