Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for supervising, guiding, and improving employees’ overall performance
- Schedule monthly duty roster for all the staff
- Motivate staffs’ enthusiasm to help store achieve monthly sales target
- Actively collect market information and report to the company
- Handling customer complaints and problems
- Carry out company instructions and complete tasks assigned by the management
- Responsible for stock take, ordering, and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure smooth running in the day-to-day outlet operations in compliance with company policies
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent with proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Mature, dynamic, and committed team leader
- Able to work on shift hours, weekends & public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
