Job Description:

・ Provide support to Sales division in all administrative duties including preparing quotations, purchase orders, and billing

・ Perform basic office tasks, such as filing and answering phones

・ Assist in product training/demonstrations and exhibitions

・ Maintain sales and customer records, assist in printing brochures, and more

・ Willingness to work beyond regular hours as needed

Job Requirement:

・ Education Background: At least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Administration

・ Experience: 1-2 years in sales support

・ Computer skills: Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point

・ High initiative, teamwork, and communication skills required

・ Working Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
