Job Description
Location: Jaya One
Working time: 9am – 6pm
Position: Customer Service
DESCRIPTIONS
· You will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
· Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Strong communication skills via phone, email, chat, or in person.
· Record customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
· Problem-solving skills are essential.
· Collaboration with team members and departments.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
· Ability to remain calm and patient with challenging customers.
· Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree.

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
