Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible in managing multiple outlets operations
- Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Train and develop team for top-notch customer service
- Formulate and execute project delivery plans
- Develop internal & external partnerships
- Monitor project performance and provide insights to senior management
- Understand machine SOP training, product innovation, and market trends
Job Requirement:
- 1-3 years experience in F&B/retail field in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English
- Solutions-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel domestically/internationally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
