Job Description
We are looking for a courteous Banquet Server to greet, assist, and serve guests at special events. The role includes event planning, serving guests, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Job Scope:
- Greeting and assisting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
- Assisting with event preparation, set up, and closing.
- Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a server preferred.
- Courteous, attentive, and physically fit.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Malaysian Citizen.
