Job Description
- Review content on short-video, Images, audio, speeches on social media platforms and conduct the content quality control in markets, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations, and culture.
- Handle complaints and reports with respect to users and community.
- Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines.
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions.
- Analyze the risk level of incidents and assess the safety status of the community and products.
- Attention to details and ability to work differing 7*24 work rotations/shifts as required.
- Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
