Job Description
Position Overview:
A store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning. Responsibilities include motivating sales teams, implementing business strategies, arranging promotional material, and assisting in training new staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Sales Staff and Training
- Assist in achieving sales goals
- Customer service
- Maintain store image
- Assist in inventory handling
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant experience
- 2-3 years in retail or supervisory role
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Shift work, including Public Holidays
