Job Description
1. Coordinate daily operations in front and back of the restaurant.
2. Ensure restaurant sales meet set targets using appropriate methods.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
5. Prepare work shift schedules.
6. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance work productivity.
7. Estimate needs for raw materials and kitchen equipment.
8. Ensure all staff comply with cleanliness and safety regulations.
9. Maintain the restaurant’s good image and suggest improvements when necessary.
10. Generate reports on sales, weekly, monthly, and yearly expenses.
11. Recruit new employees, conduct interviews, and provide HR with necessary information.
12. Train new employees on SOP and deliver excellent customer service.
13. Perform other duties assigned by management or department head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
