Job Description
As a Donor & Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with our donors and customers. Your responsibilities include processing donations, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring donor satisfaction.
You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions to attract and retain donors. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must for this position.
