Job Description
Job Summary:
The Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing products for shipment. This role involves following specific packaging guidelines, ensuring product integrity, and meeting daily packing quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or order forms.
- Ensure correct product quantities and items are included in each package.
- Use appropriate packaging materials to protect products during shipping.
- Seal packages securely and apply correct shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Adhere to company packaging standards and guidelines.
- Meet daily packing quotas and productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory replenishment as needed.
- Report any damaged or defective products to the supervisor.
