Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and profitability by developing and implementing a sales strategy tailored for selected channel accounts, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Set and monitor sales targets to foster ongoing growth for both the business unit and channel accounts, while motivating the sales team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with channel accounts to create a solid foundation for sustained revenue growth.
- Analyze assigned channel accounts, commercial districts, and product performance to refine and adapt the sales strategy as necessary to achieve targets.
- Collaborate effectively with channel accounts to manage sales efforts aimed at meeting established targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum qualifications include SPM, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general or retail sales, preferably within the home appliance industry or a similar sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
