Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing reports for timely submission of monthly/yearly closing reports.
- Prepare full sets of accounts up to balance sheet.
- Maintain and control company’s fixed asset register.
- Manage cash flow, monitor bank balances, and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in preparing annual reports.
- Coordinate with audit authorities for compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervise daily operations of the Finance and Accounts Department.
- Collaborate on compliance audits, stock calculations, tax/GST reports, and related tasks.
- Ensure smooth vendor payments and review department tasks.
- Process monthly staff claims and salary payments.
- Help in monthly account closure and improve accounting schedules.
- Undertake any other duties directed by the Department Head.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
