Job Description
Academic Qualifications and Relevant Work Experience Required
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Honors) or Professional Degree from a recognized Higher Education Institution in Malaysia or equivalent academic qualifications.
· Minimum three (3) years of experience in financial management, accounting, and/or related fields/industries.
Main Responsibilities
1. Record financial transactions and WBS accounts accurately into the computerized accounting system used by WBS and update manual records as necessary;
2. Carry out periodic management financial statements such as bank reconciliation statements, debtor/creditor adjustments, fixed asset register, etc;
3. Prepare complete and comprehensive monthly Company financial/management accounts (full set of accounts);
4. Ensure all financial transactions and WBS accounts have valid and relevant supporting documents certified by the relevant department;
5. Assist External Auditors and WBS Tax Agents in auditing and taxation matters of the Company;
6. Communicate effectively with other internal departments for smooth company operations; and
7. Perform any other tasks as required/instructed diligently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
