Job Description
- Ensure Housekeeping staff meets timelines, stocking cleaning supplies and equipment, and making sure the team is current on all policies and standards for cleaning.
- Responsible for supporting the Housekeeping department for administrative duties.
- To coordinate with the Team Leaders and ensure that the current room statuses are updated in the system at all times.
- Maintain Lost and Found records.
- Ensure housekeeping guest amenities and supplies are well-stocked.
- Effectively manage and monitor all orders and deliveries for the Housekeeping.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of Hotel facilities, including guest rooms and all public areas, in accordance with health and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
