Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To monitor the progress of the production schedule and stay within processing budget.
- Ensure products meet professional standards and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Train and develop workers on process changes or new production lines.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience in the food industry.
- Previous experience in food production or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Past experience in Pastries would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage staff and production effectively.
- Background in Bachelors/ Diploma in Pastries & Bakeries or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,600.00 per month
