Job Description
o Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, e.g., inbounding/outbounding
o Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks
o Pick and pack items in the warehouse
o Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet Operation to ensure smooth warehouse operations
o Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials
o Keep the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspections
Job Requirement & Skills:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
- 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided)
- Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel from various departments
- Ability to drive Forklift/Reachtruck
- Applicants must be willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya
- Added advantage if you can join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Contract; Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
