Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure proper handling of customer’s vehicle with proactive reception and proper diagnosis.
- To resolve customer’s complaints/technical problems and deliver vehicles to customers.
- To check vehicle maintenance and repair history.
- To conduct a thorough inspection check on the condition of the vehicle.
- To provide professional technical advice to customers after diagnosis for repair possibilities with estimated costs.
- To perform visual vehicle inspections and record relevant information.
- To accurately input customer repair instructions on the pre-order system.
- Collaborate with Technicians to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Complete service/maintenance booklets and promptly return them to customers.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Follow any additional directives from superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
