Job Description
- Handling general administrative duties
- Preparation of documents, filing
- Ensure all documents are filed accordingly
- Provides administrative supports to the department.
- Answers phone calls, supports visitors, and schedules meetings
- Supports and assists in performing general clerical & administration duties
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time
Requirement
- Must possess own laptop or device(s) for work
- Minimum Diploma qualification (IT preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM4,256.86 per month
