Job Information

Job Description

1) Prepare monthly Management Accounts and other managements reports required by Management on a timely basis

2) Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts transactions.

3) Performs monthly close activities including accruals and vendor statement reconciliations

4) Reconciling processed work by verifying accounting entries and comparing system reports to balances

5) Review vendor statement reconcile & follow up with PIC for outstanding items

6) To Assist the Account Manager / Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR) accounting activities of the company.

7) Knowledge in Auto count Accounting system will be an advantage.

8) Maintain all the accounting record and filing system in a proper manner
