Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a mature and charismatic Franchise Expansion Assistant Manager to join our team at My US Pizza Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the franchise landscape, particularly in the F&B industry. Responsibilities include developing franchise strategies, engaging with potential franchisees, and supporting brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in franchise expansion strategies.
- Engage with potential franchisees to promote our model.
- Conduct market research for franchise opportunities.
- Manage franchise sales expectations.
- Build relationships with franchisees.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional materials.
- Support negotiation with prospective franchisees.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Participate in franchise events and seminars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience in franchise development.
