Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
- Manage all administrative matters of freight and customs operations – bookings, order tracking, documentations, custom declarations, shipments follow-up, monitor clearance & deliveries
- Prepare NOA & LINER LETTERS, handle K1, K2, K3, K8 form and ensure documents are timely sent
- Track and trace shipments EDO, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced is preferable (at least 1-5 years working experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain)
- Must have knowledge, logistics requirements and market trend
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, pressurized environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
