Job Description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, employee welfare, and more.
- Update HR files (salary payments, personal files, etc.) in an organized manner.
- Handle company emails/WhatsApp and respond to inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with all departments within the company.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and claims.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Malay and English
- Own transportation required
