Responsibilities:

• Support all end-to-end recruitment efforts.
• Process monthly payroll accurately.
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives.
• Administer employee benefit programs.
• Manage HR documentation and policies.
• Conduct HR trainings and onboarding sessions.
• Liaise with departments on employee matters.
• Administer performance management processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Labor Law and prevailing HR practices.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 – RM7,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• HR: 3 years (Required)
• Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)
