Job Description

Position: Admin and Accounts Executive

Company: All Property Management

Location: Kajang

Start date: March / April 2024

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required (Property Management).

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper office documents record
  2. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper account-related documentation
  3. Liaise with service providers, local authorities, financial institutions
  4. Assist Building Manager in operation, administration, and finance
  5. Assist Accounts Manager in account-related matters
  6. Able to write minutes of the meeting would be an added advantage
  7. Generate billing and send out to the purchasers
  8. Sending reminders to the defaulters
  9. Issue receipts after receiving payment
  10. Responsible for general office administration
  11. Attend incoming inquiries and complaints
  12. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
