Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To attend internal and external meetings with Managing Director, take minutes and establish proper follow-up on duties/activities decided in the meeting.
- To responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target.
- To identify, manage, and secure existing and new accounts and maintain a high quality of service.
- To establish professional customer relationships.
- To provide outstanding customer service exceeding customer’s expectations.
- To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, filing, travel arrangements, and personal matters.
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
