Job Description
Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all case activities related to our 24/7 Travel Assistance business.
- Ownership and accountability of allocated case load to assist travelers timely and proactively for medical and non-medical case types.
- Prioritization of case activities using risk management assessments to protect well-being while delivering a high-quality service.
- Work in close liaison with Clinical experts to manage potential risks, timely case actions, and achieve an optimal outcome for travelers.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
