Job Description
To excel as a shop assistant, you should be customer-focused, motivated, and enthusiastic about driving sales while sharing brand and product knowledge. Exceptional communication skills and top-notch customer service are essential.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency is a plus)
- Comfortable with outlet POS systems and credit card terminals
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Part-time applicants are also encouraged
Responsibilities
- Maintain high in-store retail standards
- Assist customers in product selection
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Share brand and product knowledge
- Drive sales and meet targets
- Manage restocking and inventory updates
- Work six days a week, including weekends
