Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation, ensures quality, and meets customer expectations.
- Responsible for recruitment, training, and staff allocations.
- Manpower planning and scheduling for outlet staff.
- Lead, develop, motivate, and manage all outlet staff.
- Enforce company SOPs diligently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with HQ departments for smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as Outlet Manager in F&B industry.
- Organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and analytical.
- Independent with strong problem-solving skills.
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,00.00 per month
