Roles and Responsibilities:

• Verify supplier information and negotiate terms
• Maintain communication with suppliers and clients
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries
• Handle invoices and maintain records
• Provide administrative support when needed

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of procurement experience
• English and Mandarin proficiency required
• Prior experience in relevant field advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Must have own transportation
