Requirements:

• Any diploma in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good English and Mandarin oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in other languages is an additional advantage.
• Able to work independently under pressure. Capable of completing tasks accurately and on time with attention to detail.
• Own transportation required.
• Proactive, responsible team player.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate processes for activities, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to events.
• Participate in exhibition-related matters, organize exhibition operations and coordinate personnel.
• Execute any temporary tasks/responsibilities/management work involving administrative functions, activities, and events.
