Job Information

Job Description

• Able to manage full set of accounts
• Managing emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
• Preparing documents such as office correspondence, memos, proposals, etc.
• General office management including ordering stationary, tracking stocks, and placing orders
• Coordinating office activities for efficiency and compliance
• Maintaining general office files and assisting in ad-hoc tasks
• Issuing invoices to customers and following up with collections

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience with full set of accounts
• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
