Job Description

We are looking for a General Clerk to join our team at CTL Parts Sdn. Bhd. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle various clerical tasks efficiently.

• Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries and providing information.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Enter and manage data accurately into spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift

Experience:

• Money Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
