Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high quality of work, with particular attention to guest-related jobs
- Monitor the daily jobs of all technicians
- Follow up on periodical maintenance and documentation
- Coordinate the schedules for the maintenance team
- Assist with all maintenance related requests
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an administrative assistant, preferably with a technical background
- Having experience in the hotel industry would be an advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM1,900.00 per month
