Job Description
1. Introduce new business model concepts or improvise current operations to support customer retention and provide a better customers’ experience.
2. Prepare system enhancements in HondaTouch App features or internal systems and work closely with all stakeholders internally and externally until project go-live.
3. Monitoring and conduct review on the effectiveness of implemented customer retention and customers experience strategies.
4. Assist the team in managing customer loyalty program upon execution and reward program.
5. Execution & Monitoring of department KPIs – PDCA, Budget, Business Plan.
6. Support the team in any adhoc task.
