Job Description
1. Responsible for maintaining standards in 5S, procedures, quality, system, and warranty issues.
2. Act as the primary contact person between dealers and customers for complaint resolution.
3. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with all processes.
4. Ensure dealers follow Standard Service implementation and guidelines through regular visits.
5. Support dealers in operational activities to enhance business opportunities.
6. Monitor and improve dealers’ efficiency and productivity.
7. Provide guidance to Service Managers on analysis and action plans.
8. Train dealer staff on processes and customer complaint handling.
9. Track monthly performance and forecast results.
10. Assist dealers in meeting targets and following directions.
11. Motivate dealers to adhere to company policies.
12. Issue Non-Compliance Reports for recurring issues.
13. Foster positive relationships among dealers.
14. Perform assigned duties as required.
15. Conduct and prepare Aftersales Operation Meetings.
