Job Description

Required to perform word processing duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.

Duties (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide secretarial support to the Technical Group assigned
• Assist in typing Standard Form of Contract
• Assist in typing Tender/Contract Documents as required
• Scan all Incoming Letters/Correspondences and transfer to project folder
• Prepare documents for despatch
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements & Person Specification:

• Minimum SPM/MCE holder or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in English and Bahasa. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
