Job Description
The Training Executive is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs for our employees. This crucial role requires a strong understanding of our company’s goals and objectives, as well as the ability to create and implement training strategies that align with those goals.
Key responsibilities of a Training Executive include:
- Conducting needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs
- Creating training materials and resources, including presentations, handbooks, and online modules
- Delivering training sessions to employees, either in-person or through virtual platforms
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements
