Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Guest Relations Manager. In this role, you will assist the Guest Relations Manager in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating special requests, and supervising the guest relations team. You will also play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with guests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
