Job Description
Perform day-to-day procurement activities includes developing purchasing plan based on production schedule, create and modify PO and consignment PO, prepare picking list from BOM, shipment and delivery follow-up.
Ensure efficient and effective execution of procurement activities, which comply with ISO 900, 5S, SOPP and WIP requirements.
Liaise with other departments for efficient and effective manufacturing activities and spare parts management.
Provide purchasing figure and assist Section Head and Executives in preparing the purchasing budget, as well as ensure budgetary control throughout the overall activities.
