Job Description
- Liaise with other departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Liaise directly with suppliers regarding production, stocks, payment, etc.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Set and manage production timeline for the company
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
- Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report to upper management regarding production, payment
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
