Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Assisting in planning, scheduling and tracking of deliveries.
- Ensuring efficient and effective flow of information within the team.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks.
- Communicate with customers from order processing to delivery arrangement.
- Monitor daily driver deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Minimum SPM.
- Hardworking, disciplined, honest, reliable & able to complete tasks within the given timeline.
- Capacity to perform duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
