Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and care, ensuring consistent quality in every cup.
• Uphold Koffie Lane’s commitment to excellence in coffee by maintaining a thorough understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing attentive service and personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, including cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist with cashier duties, including processing orders, handling payments, and providing accurate change.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
